Meet your county's Infant Toddler Specialist:
Gloucester:
Paula Hartley is the new Infant Toddler Specialist for Gloucester County.  She brings over 20 years' experience  in the childcare field here in Gloucester County having experienced the profession as floater, group teacher, director, and Quality Improvement Specialist (QIS).  Paula lives and breathes early education.  She started her college education at Rowan of Gloucester County  (formerly known as GCC) with an Associates of Science in Human Development, then she earned her BA in Human Services  from Thomas Edison State University.  Her love for education has her back in the early childhood classroom on a regular basis. 

Paula and her  husband Greg  have raised their blended family of three (Paul, Dylan, and Jessica) and are now in the process of adopting Colton, Sophia, Christopher, and Elijah.  Paula loves family time, quiet reading and her sauna escapes!
