Child Care Assistance Program Updates
Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) Registration Form is Now Available

The Department of Human Services has started the process of reopening the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) for a limited number of slots, with the goal of allowing applications for new children in January.

A link to the registration form is available on www.ChildCareNJ.gov.

At this time, the opportunity to apply will be first issued to families with very low incomes, families needing care for children with special needs, and families experiencing homelessness in accordance with federal and state law. As capacity allows, additional families may also be served.

Completing the registration form is the first step in being considered for the opportunity to apply for CCAP benefits.

Once program capacity is reached, parents will remain on the registration list until additional availability becomes available.
