Concerns regarding a child care provider?
​Any complaint may be submitted anonymously. 
Any complaint received by our office is followed up by one of our staff members. If you believe the complaint involves neglect or child abuse, please contact the NJ Child Abuse Hotline at 1-877-NJ-ABUSE. Below is guidance on filing a complaint.

Licensed Child Care Centers: You may contact the Office of Licensing at 1-877-667-9845. Their office will conduct an investigation in regards to the information received. You are entitled to review the complaint and investigation summary report by visiting this link.

Registered Family Child Care/Family, Friends, and Neighbors Providers: You can contact our office directly for the county in which the Provider resides. The FCC/FFN team will then conduct an inspection and monitor the home to review the information received through the complaint.
