Participants will take a deep look into their own early childhood center's relationship with their families. Tools and resources will be provided to focus on creating and/or strengthening these relationships to build a thriving environment for staff and families. All are encouraged to come ready to share their thoughts and ideas.

Student Expulsions: What To Do When It Feels Inevitable
In this Directors' Round Table, we will address the record high rates of preschool expulsion. Participants will explore the reasons and the impact it has on children, families, early childhood programs, and program leaders. Discussion will also include legal obligations, prevention strategies, and resources to promote quality early care and education for all our students while protecting our programs and ourselves.
