Program Coordinator II
Under the direction of the Site Manager, the Program Coordinator II, (Senior Eligibility Program Specialist) will be responsible for ensuring the Agency meets the quality and performance standards set forth by the NJ Division of Family Development. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance plans for the child care assistance program; reviewing reports for accuracy; identify and mitigating knowledge gaps, compliance vulnerabilities and potential risk; and, monitoring client satisfaction. Ensures data storage and documentation procedures meet administrative and program quality audits, and fiscal oversight. Provides technical assistance to in-house staff. This position will be responsible for routine quality assurance review of client files, with completion of the NJ Division of Family Development Quarterly Quality Assurance Report.
