Research Aide (Subsidy Case Manager)
The Subsidy Case Manager reports directly to the Site Manager and appropriately administers state and federal child care subsidies, data storage and documentation procedures that meet administrative and program quality audits, and fiscal oversight. S/he will manage the daily eligibility process and subsidy related tasks from application review, eligibility determination, re-determination for continued care, data entry, and/or completion of child care arrangement in addition to processing termination of coverage. The incumbent is responsible for continuous case management services, making client-driven changes in cases involving eligibility or other pertinent information affecting services, such as a change in household income, family size, child care provider selection, employment hours, and the like. As necessary, will generate recoupments and complete related reports. The subsidy case manager promotes high-quality consumer education and child care referrals.

Program Coordinator 1 (Infant/Toddler Specialist)
Rutgers University-Camden is seeking a Program Coordinator I (Infant/Toddler Specialist) for the Gloucester County territory of CCR&R. The Infant/Toddler Specialist will provide technical assistance, professional development offerings and comprehensive services to aid and enhance the development of child care programs, licensed child care centers and registered family child care providers serving infants and toddlers. The Infant/Toddler Specialist will help providers reach quality goals, enhance health and safety standards, implement the birth to three early learning guidelines, and implement best practices in infant and toddler care. The position will also collect critical data to support child care program assessment and development of new programs outlined by the NJ Division of Family Development. https://www.rusouthernccrr.org/ This is a grant funded position contingent upon the availability of funds to support it.
