E-Child Care is a system implemented by the State of New Jersey that virtually records the attendance of a child to generate payment, and is operated by Conduent. Providers will have a POS Device (Swipe Machine) or IVR System (Calling In/Out using a Phone).
Providers may log into their Web Portal via EPPIC to access current agreements, payments, transactions of attendance, and other information. Providers may also contact Conduent at 1-877-516-5776.
